Camping safaris in Uganda and Rwanda are a great way to explore Uganda and Rwanda without breaking the bank by paying for stay at expensive safari lodges. Camping safaris offer the best of opportunity of travelling through Uganda and Rwanda at a very reasonable safari tour cost.
Camping safaris to Rwanda and Uganda are a great way to explore both countries in an authentic way. We offer both self drive camping safaris and guided camping safaris led by expert safari driver guides. The driver guide will also assist you with putting up the safari tent and if you prefer, he may also assist with the cooking on some days.
We provide good quality camping equipment for camping safari tours in Uganda and Rwanda. Inclusive of the camping equipment list is 2-person style tents. A rooftop tent is also supplied with our safari land cruisers at an extra cost of US$30 per day. Please note that we are only able to fit one roof top tent on each Land Cruiser.
