Dear Kizito, Just a note to let you know that we enjoyed our recent stay at the apartment. The quality of the fixtures and fittings were surprising for Uganda and showed us what can be done there. Also some initial concerns we had about the noise of the main gate were swiftly dealt with by your people on the ground – a level of customer service we were unaccustomed to in Uganda. Kizito I'm now in Kenya. I just wanted to send you a quick note to say that everything was great at the guest house. Rachael and the team treated us very well, they were warm and friendly and our team felt very well cared for. The meals that we had at breakfast and supper were excellent. 1) Lastly, the website address is quite helpful and highly attractive. However, are the pictures that come up on the website the actual pictures of the room I will be staying in? If so, and the apartment is what it claims to be, I will have to put out a notice to other diplomats that this is the place to stay when travelling to Kigali!! Jason-USA 27.01.2010
