day 1
You will be met on arrival at the airport. Begin the scenic drive to Murchison Falls by 1000am, proceed to the Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary for an occasion to see White Rhinos. Drive Masindi Town for lunch. After lunch, continue to the camp. In the evening, go for a game drive. O/N: Red Chilli (Bed only and pay for meals directly).
day 2.
On the early morning game drive via the Nyamsika plateau, you may see Elephant, Lion, Buffalo, Giraffe, Hartebeests and many more. After lunch, proceed for a boat trip on the placid Victoria Nile, upstream, to the base of the Falls. En route you will see hippos, crocodiles, water buck and a wide variety of birds like the unusual shoebill stork. The boat stops just tens of meters from the "Devil’s Cauldron". Take pictures of the photogenic and majestic Murchison Falls.
You will hike to the top of the Falls where you can see the Nile's beauty perfected!! Marvel at the Nile, compressing from 50 meters to squeeze through a 6-metre canyon dropping 40 meters with a thunderous roar creating a beautiful rainbow, a plume of spray and the best thing that happened to the Nile..."the Murchison Falls”. day3
In the morning you visit the delta circuit, north of the river with its giraffe, lion and Ugandan kob. During the heat of the day relax at your lodge. Evening game drive. O/N: Red Chilli (Bed only and pay for meals directly).
day4
Depending on your return flight time, you have an option to go for Pabidi in Budongo forest for a guided nature walk to track chimpanzees (on payment of supplement of USD 45 per person). Locating the chimps is easier between May and August as fruit is more readily available. Return to Kampala and transfer to the airport in time for your return flight.
