Day 1
Kigali- Ruhengeri.
Our Tour guide/driver will pick you from the airport on arrival. leisurely transfer to volcanoes virunga for next morning Gorilla tracking. check into at your hotel/safari lodge (FB).
Day 2 Gorilla tracking in volcanoes National park
An early morning breakfast is followed by a drive to Kinigi park headquarters for group, guide allocation and briefing. This is followed by a drive to the trailheads where hiking and trekking up the hills to the bamboo zone begins. Hiking and tracking gorillas may take 1-8 hours. track, locate and stay with the Gorillas for one hour. Descend to your hotel for lunch, Afternoon at leisure, tour of the area with a visit to ibyiwacu community village or visit twin lakes Burera and Ruhondo, Dinner and Overnight stay at your hotel (FB).
Day 3 Gorillas in the mist second encounter.
Wake up very early in the morning and transfer to kinigi park headquarters for your second serving of a magical experience of gorilla tracking. After the track back to your hotel for lunch and drive to Gisenyi to visit Lake Kivu over night at Lake Kive Serena hotel FB
Day 4 Golden Monkey Tracking
After breakfast, drive to the park headquarters to track the golden monkeys. After lunch drive to Kigali do some shopping in the city souvenir shops cheek in at Kigali Serena hotel FB
Day5 Kigali city tour;
Gisozi genocide memorial, historical Museum, Belgium memorial and sight seeing.
After lunch in one of kigali's top restaurants transfer to the airport for your home flight.
